IN-PERSON + VIRTUAL:
We expect our interns to be in our Salt Lake City, Utah office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with some departments also requiring Thursdays. The remaining days can be worked remotely. Need alternative arrangements? Apply, and we'll work with you to figure out the logistics.
*Relocation stipends may be available for applicants moving from out of state.

Throughout the three-month internship, Boncom interns collaborate closely with teams in their respective disciplines, actively contributing to client projects and participating in a unique intern-only client campaign. Interns have the opportunity to shadow departments of their choice, gaining exposure to various facets of our agency. As Boncom values a close-knit community, you'll engage with professionals across disciplines, witnessing the flow of work through different areas. Additionally, interns benefit from regular presentations and workshops designed for their training and career development.
