Return to the Workforce at Boncom

We are actively seeking an individual who is interested in rejoining or joining the workforce after a period away. This may include those who had prior work experience before taking a break or those who completed their college degree, took some time away, and are now eager to enter the workforce

Throughout the three-month returnship, Boncom returners collaborate closely with teams in their respective disciplines, actively contributing to client projects and participating in a unique returner-only client campaign. Returners have the opportunity to shadow departments of their choice, gaining exposure to various facets of our agency. As Boncom values a close-knit community, you'll engage with professionals across disciplines, witnessing the flow of work through different areas. Additionally, returners benefit from regular presentations and workshops designed for their training and career development, tailored to address the specific needs and goals of those returning to the workforce.

IN-PERSON + VIRTUAL:
We expect our returnship participants to be in our Salt Lake City, Utah, office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and working remotely the other days. Need an alternative accommodation? Apply, and we'll work with you on logistics. 

*Applicants relocating from out of state may be eligible for relocation stipends.
